When it comes down to your Twin Flame, there will always be this “past-life” familial feeling. There is no denying it. With soul mates, this feeling can be rather confusing because many of them you have known in a past-life (or many past-lives), and so there’s already an existing connection and “harmonization” that could easily be mistaken for a Twin Flame connection if you are not very knowledgeable and in tune with the vibrational energy patterns of a true Twin Flame Union.
To best know and distinguish your true Twin Flame, we highly recommend creating the Love List, because if you know who you are at your core and what you value in your soul, alongside your life vision, your true Twin Flame will 100% match up to it. Keep in mind, that they also hold the other pieces that complement your life vision and values. In the early stages of Jeff and Shaleia’s Union, they compared each other’s Love Lists and realized they valued the same things and that their life visions complemented and expanded each other’s lives in a beautiful way.
Another huge aspect to this reading is the fact that the core “past-life” and current life upsets you are having with your Twin Flame must be healed in order for your harmonious reunion to occur. Forgiveness is key as well as choosing to use the revolutionary Mirror Exercise (taught in Jeff and Shaleia’s book) as a serious spiritual practice to gain your permanent and harmonious Twin Flame Union. You must be willing to choose to love and heal yourself in order to be a vibrational match for your harmonious Twin Flame Union.
The magnetism that draws you to your Twin Flame is natural and in many respects seems to surpass logic, aside from the fact that you are designed and predetermined to only be with your one true Love. So, it is very rational and logical to desire your harmonious Twin Flame Union. But the only person who could ever be in the way of your reunion, is you. When you choose to release and heal all the core barriers of love and loving to your Twin Flame Union (by using the Mirror Exercise for example), you will then open the doors completely to entering your Twin Flame Union on a permanent basis.
Once you heal separation, that is it, it is forever in eternity healed, and you will never experience regression into Twin Flame separation again. But, you must pay the price of releasing your ego in exchange for experiencing your life as your soul, as your true Divine Self, instead. This idea may feel intimidating at first because you have been identifying as an ego for so long, but when you consciously choose and switch to identify as only your Soul, your Divine Self, then you will realize you lost nothing and gained everything, including your harmonious Twin Flame Union.
