How I Healed With My Twin Through Practicing Self Care
When my Twin Flame and I first got together, we were both a hot mess. We both had debt, bad eating habits, and a real habit of being hard on ourselves. I would see it in him, and experience him mirroring how I treated myself, and had I not known what was happening, I might have run for the hills. Luckily, I was solid on using the Mirror Exercise and working with my coach, not to mention having watched all of Twin Flames Ascension School and Life Purpose Class, which is brilliant in helping you heal through your upsets. I healed through each trigger he threw at me, feeling my feelings fully. Two years later, we are married with a kid in a beautiful house, much better credit, eating healthily, and finally able to relax with ourselves. It’s truly not impossible, it’s for you. You just have to be willing to work through the process.
3. Romance Yourself
Your Twin Flame can only give to you what you give yourself. A great self-care practice is to then romance the heck out of yourself! You can keep a running list of things you love to do and commit to doing them consistently. Spoil your inner child–listen to them deeply and give them what they ask for. You’ll feel amazing, and you’ll be delightfully surprised at the effect it has on your Twin Flame!
4. Easy Does It, But Do It
The Twin Flame journey can seem daunting and hard, but you can choose for it to be peaceful at the core. In other words, go easy on yourself as you walk this path. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart, but also don’t give up! The only way to fail on the Twin Flame journey is to give up. Isn’t it worth it to be with your perfect partner forever?
5. Call In Your Support
You are never meant to go on the Twin Flame journey alone. There’s a community of people on the same path as you who can share their experience and cheer you on. You don’t have to invent the wheel or trudge through alone. This self-care practice is the most valuable.
